ku9o An internationally licensed online betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ku9o website, mobile app, and all related services.

• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.

After registration is complete, ku9o may request KYC verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

ku9o Complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Under this policy, all members may be required to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer or KYC).

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement, no older than 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (where applicable).

Large withdrawal requests may not be processed if KYC is incomplete. ku9o stores KYC information with the highest level of security and does not share it with third parties, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.

• Ku9o reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Coordinated betting from multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each market.
• If evidence of match-fixing or irregularities is found, the relevant bets may be voided.

In live betting, odds change in real time based on live data. ku9o is not responsible for any delays in bet placement caused by internet connectivity or device issues.

ku9o Regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. However, each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that members must follow.

• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Each bonus has a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Misuse of bonus benefits may result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities against other members.

Ku9o uses advanced technology to monitor suspicious activity around the clock. If any irregularity is detected, the relevant authorities may be notified.

ku9o Reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• As required by a legal investigation or regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed, any balance earned through legitimate means will be refunded; however, if the closure is due to misconduct, the balance may be forfeited. Members may also request to close their account at any time.
